In between the course weeks, participants will be busy with:

One-to-one Executive Coaching sessions (online)
Optional Support Sessions with faculty (online)
Reading and preparation for the following Residential Weeks (at your own pace)
Prepare pre-and-post assignments
Online courses: Harvard Business Publishing - Business Essentials (at your own pace)
Example topics: Writing and Presentation, Skills Talent and Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting, Project Management, Spreadsheet Modelling
